  • Ocean/Rail/Truck Freight: Due to the heavier weight and larger dimensions of our DC EV chargers, we utilize slower, yet cost-effective shipping methods such as sea freight, rail, or trucking services.
  • Expected Delivery Time: Delivery times for DC EV chargers can vary significantly based on the destination and the specific mode of transport, generally ranging from 20 to 30 business days.

5. Tracking Options

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package via our carrier’s website.
