At Duevolt, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how you can apply for a refund or return your item.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

1.2 Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and make sure to include any accessories or free gifts that came with the product.
  3. Shipping: Return the item using a traceable shipping method, as Duevolt is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds

  • Condition for Refund: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. The item must meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the full purchase price and original shipping costs. However, the costs for returning the item will not be covered.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

2.2 Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items, are not eligible for a refund.

2.4 Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned to us for a refund.

2.5 Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to being defective.
